1. Purpose
These terms govern the sale of Oro Tokens, a virtual currency usable only inside the O-Ro service. Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms.
2. What you are buying
The Oro Token is digital content. It is not electronic money, not a means of payment and not a property title.
It has no monetary value outside the service, cannot be converted into euros or any other currency, and cannot be resold, assigned or transferred outside the mechanisms provided by the game itself.
A purchase grants a personal right of use inside the service, for as long as the service is operated.
3. Prices and payment methods
The rate is 1 US dollar for 100 Oro Tokens. Prices are displayed in US dollars on the top-up page.
Two payment methods are available: PayPal, with a minimum of 500 Oro Tokens per order, and BNB cryptocurrency, with a minimum of 100 Oro Tokens.
Depending on the currency of your payment account or bank, conversion fees may apply. These are outside the publisher's control.
4. Delivery
Delivery is immediate and digital: Oro Tokens are credited to the player account as soon as the payment is confirmed by the provider.
If a payment is confirmed but no credit appears, the order is reconciled automatically within minutes. If it is not, open a request through support with the date and amount.
5. Right of withdrawal
By confirming your order, you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content, before the end of the fourteen-day withdrawal period.
You therefore acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal, in accordance with article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, which excludes that right for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with your prior express consent.
6. Purchases are final
All Oro Token purchases are final. No refund is granted for a change of mind, personal convenience, a mistaken amount, inactivity, loss of interest in the game, or for an account suspended or closed following a breach of the server rules.
Oro Tokens already spent in the game are never refundable.
Three situations are exceptions, because the law requires it: an order paid but not delivered, content that does not conform to what these terms describe, and a purchase made by a minor without their legal guardian's permission. In those cases the refund is made in full.
Outside those exceptions, a refund may be granted as a goodwill gesture, at the publisher's sole discretion and without this constituting a right. All requests go through support.
Any refund results in the corresponding balance being withdrawn. If that balance has already been spent, the account may be left at zero and access to the service may be suspended.
7. Accounts and sanctions
Buying Oro Tokens grants no immunity. Suspension or closure of an account for breaking server rules, cheating, using third-party software or abusive multi-accounting gives no right to a refund of amounts paid.
8. Availability and discontinuation
O-Ro is an independent project. The service may be interrupted temporarily, or discontinued permanently, without this giving any right to a refund of unspent Oro Tokens.
This reservation matters and you should take it into account before buying: do not buy a balance you do not intend to use in the short term.
9. Age
Minors must obtain prior permission from their legal guardian before any purchase. The publisher may cancel an order and issue a refund upon substantiated request from a legal guardian.
10. Complaints and disputes
Complaints should be sent first through support, or by email to contact@o-ro.org. The publisher undertakes to reply within a reasonable time and to seek an amicable solution.
Failing an amicable settlement, the dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts. This contract is governed by French law.
